You pay separately during booking using the different acceptable payments noted in the home page. Please note you will only receive a confirmation email  after payment.

We are always open to new styles, however we never want to disappoint our clients, so feel free to fill out a contact form or even message our Instagram account and we will respond to you as possible.

Refunds on deposits fee apply if you cancellation is done early. If you cancel 2 days or less before the date of appointment refunds cannot be granted. Once you receive an email confirmation your refund will be sent to the original payment source.

Cancellations are done from our end so just fill out the contact form with the name and date you booked and we will go ahead to cancel issue a refund (if applicable). For rescheduling you will have to cancel and re-book your appointment or we can help do both just make sure when filling out the contact form you add the new date/time you would like to book.

This answer depends on your hair texture/density, the style chosen and how well you maintain your style. We always recommend a scarf or bonnet at night and regular oiling of the scalp.
